Complaint letter gone wrong!?!!
recently i wrote a long, angry and serious letter to Marine Parade Town Council about my two very wonderful neighbours.... who is driving me nuts! I also copied by two sisters on the email to like hao lian my complain skills a bit.. :P

Subject: Complaint about my inconsiderate neighbours
Dear Officer in Charge

I have been staying at Blk 547 Bedok North St 3 #xx-xxxx for the past 27 years. And for the past few years, my neighbour staying at #xx-xxxx had been getting on my nerves for his very inconsiderate ways.
Since retirement, the elderly man had been going around the neighbourhood scavaging for scrap items such as refrigerators, bikes, washing machines and placing them in precarious positions at the common corridor and staircase which is an EYESORE, a FIRE HAZARD and an OBSTRUCTION to our pathway! Please find attached as some pictures that I have taken.
Not only that, he also possesses a key to the water point at the staircase between his and my unit and he will connect a very long hose to his house and STEAL GOVERNMENT WATER OPENLY on a regular basis. If need be, i can try to take pictures when i catch him doing that.

Along the same corridor at #12-1472, i also have another wonderful neighbour who have been keeping the same old plants for the past 27 years - the plants have died and they are just roots and they are placed on quite a long stretch of the corridor. There are many many occasions where i have spotted cockroaches and lizards at the plants. And many of my clothes were also damaged by the poking branches. And with the dengue epidemic, i am really not sure of the plants are breeding ground for Aedes mosquitoes.

I hope you could assist to do something about my neighbours. I love the neighbourhood and just wish to live here in peace.

And my wonderful younger sis had to click REPLY ALL, where the Town Council is also in the loop with 'Woah! Good letter!' *roll eyes* does she really thinks she's a teacher? ahhhh!!!!!
