How to migrate to Bhutan?

today's New Paper has a feature on Bhutan which is the no. 13 happiest country in the world. Singapore is ranked a miserly 131 out of 148 position.
99% of their people who study overseas will always return to Bhutan.
that is a big difference where most of our people who study overseas do not wish to come back and there are always people who are always trying ways and means to go overseas to study or work (e.g. me).
And people who come back are usually forced to or because of their loved ones and family..not because they want to contribute to our country.
That is quite unfortunate indeed.
Can we be happy just by satisfying our material wants? Yesterday i was talking to my cousin and i said "Men is not important, we must be independent and make our own money. Money is most important and money can make us happy." At nite, while lying in bed, i was thinking abt what i said. Can money really make me happy?
Maybe yes, bt it will just be shortlived.
In Bhutan, which is a largely Buddhism country based their economy on 4 principles 1. sustainable development 2. environmental protection 3. cultural preservation 4. good governance.
In Singapore, we want 'a LOT of development', we dun care abt environmental protection (we only hv 1 day a mth where people are encouraged to bring their own bags), we dun care abt cultural preservation (although i like all the Jay Chou 'chinese' songs) and we only care about economy and money.
Yes, that is how shallow our lives has become.
When i talk about how meat eating has very serious backlash on our environment, people just laugh it off. And Singapore will continue to promote our national food which just comprises of lots of vegetarian unfriendly stuff.
And today i was rowing at the Kallang river with lots of foul smelling rubbish floating all around, and we call ourselves a first world country.
When i grow old and penniless, i will just get $310 a month for public assistance wh i need to cover rent for my dim and dark 1 rm flat and electricity.
Thats how bleak my future will be.
So, please tell me how i can migrate to Bhutan.
