of hokkien and tarts
my email address is sunnietart@yahoo.com. dun u tink sunnietart sounds cute? and very me?
apparently i always get questioned when i tell people my email add.
Qn:"Umm..u know what a tart means rite?"
Ans:"Of course i do la! tart as in egg tart la, pastry la"
i am very innocent and last time my engrish is not powderful la! although my favourite author is jackie collins, she also seldom use the word 'tart' in her trashy novels.
anyway,the reason why i chose sunnietart was very simple. my childhood hero is strawberry shortcake mah, so i want to use strawberry shortcake@yahoo.com, but cant, it was already used. So i tried strawberry shortcake's friends la - raspberry tart, blueberry tart, lemon meringue...ALL WERE TAKEN! so i bo pian, i thought sunnie sounds like very cheery ma..so i combined it to be sunnietart la! at that time i still tot i was very brilliant le!
anyway i still like it and its easy and convenient to use la. at least it wasnt as orbit as 'tan_bee_peng@yahoo.com or tbp or someting like that ha ha ha!

I also went to watch Broadway Beng Returns over the weekend! It was hilarious and very enjoyable! After the show, i became very scared! I enjoyed the hokkien jokes and songs very much le! Am i a closet ah lian! omg!!! Then after that i began to talk more hokkien to my sisters and friends..
aiyo, the curse of the hokkien beng!
